MI Call Series
The MI Call Series is an annual initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation in clean energy research, development, and innovation (RD&I). Through multilateral calls for proposals initiated through public funders’ dialogue, various funding networks or partners host opportunities for collaborative research projects. These initiatives promote collaboration and partnership building among public funders, research institutions, and industry stakeholders to address key challenges in clean energy RD&I. The MI Call Series also supports technology validation and demonstration projects to de-risk emerging clean energy technologies and attract investment. Additionally, it facilitates access to funding and investment opportunities to help scale emerging clean energy technologies and startups. Advocacy for supportive policies and regulations is another crucial aspect of the MI Call Series, ensuring an enabling environment for the deployment and scaling of clean energy solutions.
